Donegal Star Ryan McHugh Visit

Thank you to Ryan McHugh who paid our school a surprise visit.

He addressed 6th Class on the importance of exercise and a healthy diet, the importance of time outside and off screens, thinking postively in life and about the importance of listening to and respecting coaches and teachers as they only want what is best from you and for you. 

The pupils asked Ryan lots of questions about his diet and exercise plans, training, how he deals with disappointment and who he looks up to.

We would like to sincerely thank Ryan for giving up his time freely to converse with the pupils and staff, have his photograph taken and even sign autographs.
