Emily Kelly Celebration

To mark the special occassion we invited Fr.Kieran, Patsy McGonagle and Dermot McGranaghan (Finn Valley AC) and Emily's Parents David and Anne Marie Kelly to our school.

A slideshow of photos, newspaper articles and a short clip of Emily's race in New York was shown to rapturous applause for Emily's success.

Patsy McGonagle and Mr.Keating spoke about how proud we are of Emily and to wish her every success in the future.

A small presentation was made to Emily of a beautiful frame with some momentous photos taken both here and in New York as a memento of her wonderful achievement. A bouquet was also presented to Emily's mother Anne Marie.

Emily's father David expressed his gratitude to the school and to Finn Valley A.C for all the support they have given Emily.
