Congratulations to all the children that took part in the Ulster Athletics Championships on the 30th and 31st of May. Some of our children were very successful in terms of medals and personal bests, they are as follows:

The girls U9 relay team came 1st place and they are Ríona, Maria. 

Ríona also came 1st in the U9 Long Jump, 1st U9 60m race.

Amy came 3rd place in the U9 Turbo Javelin.

The U11 Girls relay team also came 1st and they are Lauren, Leah and Abigail. Abigail also came 2nd in the U11 Turbo Javelin

Congratulations to Luka who came 2nd place in both the U11 60m and the U11 Relay.

Karl ran a personal best in the 600m.

Serena also had a very successful day coming 3rd in the U12 Shot Putt throwing a personal best of 7m 57cm. She also came 3rd in the U12 Javelin with another personal best of 13m 74cm.

Ryan came 2nd in both the U12 Turbo Javelin and his relay team.

CJ enjoyed great personal success also coming 5th in the U13 High Jump and with her relay team. 

We are all very proud of the amazing and talented athletes we have in our school. Congratulations everyone.
