Quiz Team Gold

Congratulations to our wonderful quiz team. They competed in the Garda Quiz Divisional Final in Loretto Convent, Letterkenny on 10th April. This event was sponsored by the Donegal MotorClub and the RSA. There were 16 teams from around the county all competing for the top prize. It all came down to the last question after a tie breaker with Crannóg Buí of Ardara, last year's winners but St.Mary's came out victorious. The quiz team received the Perpetual Plaque, trophy and a crystal Vase for the school and a laptop bag and Hi-Vis vest.

On 11th April Inspector David Kelly and Patrick McGlynn, Donegal Juvenile liason officer visited the school to congratulate the team on their success.
