Weekend Winner

Congratulations to Hannah Rose, 4th Class, on winning the Society of Missionary Children Colouring competion.

"My name is Hannah Rose Burke and I won the Society of Missionary Children Easter colouring competition.

Before Easter our teacher gave us a colouring competition to do. It was a picture of the Resurrection; Jesus standing outside his tomb with three of the Apostles and Mary.

The Society of Missionary Children received over 7,500 entries althogether. I was in the age 10-11 Category.

Last Monday our Principal Mr.Keating came into my class, and announced that I had won the competition and presented me with my certificate and a €20 book token".
