Mission Statement and Ethos

Our mission statement at St. Mary’s NS is to realise, as far as possible, each child’s full potential in a consistent and secure environment, encouraged by an active, motivated and cooperative staff.

Staff and pupils strive to achieve a happy, supportive and secure atmosphere leading to open communication and healthy, respectful relationships.

We aim to foster self-esteem, share concerns and have similar goals and expectations.

Our underlying strength is the love of God and this is reflected in respect for every human being.
